About Me

My personal approach to massage therapy is to create a comfortable interaction with my clients.  I am committed to helping my clients achieve their pain relief and relaxation goals utilizing skills gained through continuous training and education.

I am a 2007 graduate of the Natural Touch School of Massage Therapy, Greensboro, NC where it was my privilege to learn from several knowledgeable and talented instructors. (Natural Touch School was a wonderful school that, unfortunately, closed a few years after I graduated). Through continuing education, I have expanded my knowledge base and experience in several different modalities.  In addition to being a Licensed Massage Therapist, I am also certified in Manual Lymph Drainage, MediCupping(TM), Reflexology, and Auriculotherapy (utilizing Ear Seeds).

I have also trained in Neural Reset Therapy, Bowen Therapy (Level II), Hot Stone Therapy, Advanced Isometric Muscle and Body Balancing, Reiki, Eden Energy Medicine, and a few other energy based courses. I am currently training in RIFE Frequency Healing.

I'm a firm believer that the body has an inherent ability to heal itself, and being a bit of a "research junkie", I'm always looking for ways to help my clients with their healing path.
